Our Tech-Support staff and factory-trained engineering team are able
to diagnose, repair, and deploy swiftly, anywhere in the continental USA.
Likewise we are on hand to support clients in many countries worldwide.
Our “Lifetime Free Tech-Support” Warranty is available with
every system we sell. Many service problems can be diagnosed and resolved
over the telephone without necessitating an on-site service call. However,
if required, we can often dispatch service personnel the same day.
Service contracts are available on every system we sell, with multi-year,
multi-system discounts applying. Systems which you may not have purchased
from us can also be put under contract with an initial preventative
maintenance visit by one of our staff engineers.
Repairs can also be made on nearly any Bone Densitometer system manufactured
since 1988 on a time and materials basis at your site. Or you may
order parts directly from us for installation by your own qualified
engineers.

RELOCATING/MOVING YOUR
SYSTEM
We offer you the service option of moving and relocating your existing
system, or systems. *We recommend that you use a OEM trained service
engineer for the delicate task of relocating and recalibrating your
BoneDensitometer.
